1.邊坡頂部施工段設安全護欄。使用Φ48×3.5鋼管制作，立柱間距3m，橫桿用扣件固定，鋼絲繩兩端各6m，距邊緣0.4m。非工作人員禁止進入護欄內(nèi)，工作人員必須系安全帶。Safety guardrail should be installed at the top section of side slope. Φ48×3.5 steel pipe, the space is 3m, the horizontal steel pipes are connected by fasters, the fencing shoud be 6m from the rope in each side ,and 0.4m from the edge of the slope. No authorized persons shouldn't enter the site. All workers must wear the safety belts.
        2.進入吊籃時，必須掛臨時爬梯。Temporary climbing ladder must be hung as entering into the bucket platform.
        3.日安全檢查項目：1)吊籃；2)鋼絲繩及附件；3)卷揚機安全保護裝置；4）地錨；5）安全繩檢查。Items of daily safety inspection: 1) bucket platform; 2) wire cable and its accessories; 3) safety protection device of windlass; 4) anchor; 5) safety rope inspect.
        4.吊籃內(nèi)底面必須鋪滿鋼筋網(wǎng)，邊緣設100cm防護欄桿，底部設20cm的擋板。Bottom of the platform must be placed with wire mesh. 100cm guardrail should be installed at the edge. 20cm baffle should be installed at the bottom.
        5.吊籃提升或下放設專人指揮，用倒鏈調節(jié)吊籃保持水平。One person should be assigned to command the bucket platform lifting and dropping. The guiding chain should be used to keep level of the bucket platform.
        6卷揚機鋼絲繩必須與卷筒垂直,鋼絲繩必須支撐在托輥中間。The rope of the winch must be perpendicular to the drum. The rope must be supported in the middle of the ring
        7.吊籃就位后，應切斷電源、鎖上開關箱。After the bucket platform is in place, the power should be cut off and the switch board should be locked.
        8.嚴禁超載：吊籃載重量不得超過1噸，施工人員不得超過3人；不用的材料、物件應及時清理運至地面。Forbid overloading: The bucket platform loading should not be over one ton, over 3 persons. Any unused materials and goods should be sent to the ground in time.
        9.卷揚機地錨要求牢固可靠；鋼絲繩安全系數(shù)不小于14倍。The anchor of windlass is required to be firm. The safety coefficient of cable wire should not less than 14 times.
        10.邊坡上獨立設置一條安全繩至吊籃，工作人員必須系好安全帶并將其掛在安全繩上，嚴禁懸掛在吊籃或鋼絲繩上。吊籃內(nèi)工作人員安全繩必須固定在推土機上。A separate safety rope to bucket platform should be set on the slope. Workers must fasten the safety belt and hang on the safety rope, forbidding to hang on the bucket platform or cable rope. The safety belts of workers who work on the platform must be tied to the bulldozer
        11.施工作業(yè)必須在白天進行，當遇到雷雨、霧或5級以上風力的天氣時，不得進行作業(yè)。Construction must be carried out in the day time, and not performed in thounderstorm, fog or above 5 grade wind.
        12.施工應符合高處作業(yè)規(guī)程。Construction should be performed in accordance to working regulation at high place.
        13.電焊作業(yè)時，不得用鋼絲繩作地線。While welding, the cable rope should not be used as earthing line.
        14.作業(yè)中，發(fā)現(xiàn)運轉不正常時，應立即停車，并采取安全保護措施。If abnormal running is found while working, should stop and take safety protection measure.
        15.吊籃投入使用前，應做荷載試驗，要求升降正常，靈敏可靠。Loading test should be done before the bucket platform is put into use, which is required to lift and drop normally, smoothly and reliably.
        16.拖拉風水管時，當心落石，傷及吊籃內(nèi)工作人員。When Pulling the services, pay attention to the falling rock and avoid hurting the workers on the platform.
